The Grievance and Redressal Cell of our college provides a platform for students and staff to express their concerns and complaints in a fair, confidential, and transparent manner. It ensures a healthy academic and work environment by addressing issues promptly and effectively.

Roles of the Grievance and Redressal Cell:

  1. Complaint Handling:

    • Receive and record grievances from students and staff related to academics, administration, or personal issues.

  2. Fair Resolution:

    • Ensure impartial investigation and provide suitable solutions within a reasonable timeframe.

  3. Confidentiality:

    • Maintain privacy and protect the identity of complainants during the redressal process.

  4. Awareness Building:

    • Create awareness about the rights and responsibilities of students and staff.

  5. Preventive Measures:

    • Identify recurring issues and suggest preventive measures to management for improving the system.

  6. Promoting Harmony:

    • Work towards building a culture of trust, respect, and cooperation on campus.
