ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT OF HINDI

 

         The Department of Hindi was established with an aim to encourage our National Language. It has been introduced as optional subject at U.G.level instead of Telugu. It came into existence with the philanthropic support of the college management Hindi is an ever growing language since it has been recognized as official language by the Government of India in 14.09.1949.

        The Department has undertaken teaching learning methods like student remedial coaching .

       The Department observes Hindi Divas on 14^th September every year on this occasion a guest lecture is also arranged in the college. The Department encourages the top scores in the university examinations by presenting them Cash prizes and books of their interest.

      Dr. N. Venkata Ramana, the first Hindi Lecturer at GDC Rmachandrapuram plays active role in every activity of the college has been rendering his services as faculty member and Head of the Department. He has been contributing his services as Lecturer in Hindi since 09-10-2021 in this Govt Degree College, Ramachandrapuram.
